Campaigns and offers

Campaigns are strategic efforts to complete a specific objective. Campaigns can be short-term or long-term initiatives. Use Instacart Platform Portal to design and manage campaigns. You can also save campaigns as drafts and continue to edit them later.

You can create the following types of campaigns:

• Drive awareness campaign. Create a non-incentive campaign to raise awareness for various initiatives, such as promotions, contests, and rewards programs. Drive awareness campaigns are displayed in dynamic slots on the homepage, on the announcement banner, on search results pages, or on browse department pages.
• Offer discount. Create an offer with a user-defined coupon code that you can share with customers.
