Fulfillment

Your storefront can offer delivery or pickup fulfillment options. The fulfillment options you implement depend on whether your customers want the order delivered or want to pick up the order.

After your customer places an order, the order status page provides live updates to your customers while their orders are being fulfilled. After fulfillment, customers receive their finalized receipt by email. They can also rate the order, adjust their tip, and report any issues.
