Pickup flow
When an order is ready for pick up, an order status page shows the Ready for pickup status. This page includes the order status, list of items, pickup time slot, store address, and a link to the pickup instructions. For curbside pickup orders, customers can provide vehicle details, enable location sharing, and indicate that they are at the store. If location sharing is enabled, the store location will automatically be notified upon the customer’s arrival.
Pickup instructions
Pickup instructions can vary based on the pickup mode associated with your retailer store, such as curbside, in-store, and locker. The instructions can include text and images. For example, for curbside pickup orders, you can inform customers where to park and include pictures of any signs they should look for. For in-store pickup orders, you might want to direct the customer to a particular register in the store and show a picture of a sign above the register.
