Loyalty programs

Integrate your loyalty program so that your customers can enjoy the benefits and savings both online and in store. Individual benefits are integrated separately, such as loyalty pricing.

Loyalty programs include the following types of programs:

  • Rewards programs. Customers sign up for a free rewards account. Customers earn rewards by shopping across your online and physical storefronts.
  • Membership programs. Customers pay a fee to sign up for a retailer membership. Customers immediately get the benefits associated with the program.

You can choose to offer any of the following options to support your loyalty program:

  • Pricing targeted to loyalty customers to keep them coming back. For more information, see Loyalty requirements.
  • Promotions targeted to loyalty customers to keep them coming back. For more information, see Promotion requirements.
  • Inmar coupons when integrated.
  • Loyalty collections that contain products with loyalty pricing, promotions, or coupons for loyalty customers. Requires that you implement those options to be able to populate the collections.
  • Analytics in the Instacart Partner Platform on the Performance dashboard. Use filters to view loyalty by Instacart product. For more information, see Analytics.
