Loyalty programs

You can integrate loyalty programs with Storefront Pro to enhance the customer shopping experience. By implementing loyalty features, you enable shoppers to enjoy benefits such as rewards, membership perks, and personalized savings.

Loyalty programs include the following types of programs:

  • Rewards programs. Shoppers earn, view, and redeem rewards by shopping online and in stores.
  • Membership programs. Paid memberships grant immediate access to exclusive offers and perks.
  • Pricing and promotions. Targeted deals and personalized discounts encourage customer engagement. For more information, see Loyalty requirements and Promotion requirements.
  • Exclusive product collections. Feature exclusive products, promotions, or coupons catered to loyalty customers.
  • Advanced analytics. The Performance dashboard available in the Instacart Partner Portal lets you access loyalty-specific analytics. Filters allow detailed views of loyalty metrics. For more information, see Analytics.

Supported loyalty providers

Instacart integrates with loyalty providers to apply loyalty offers using customer IDs such as card numbers, phone numbers, or email addresses. For more information, see Supported loyalty providers.
