Instacart+
Instacart+ memberships provide customers with benefits when they shop through your storefront, such as free delivery on orders over $35, 5% credit back on eligible pickup orders, and reduced service fees. Your customers can purchase an Instacart+ membership on your storefront and use their membership benefits on your storefront and on Instacart Marketplace.
Instacart+ membership advertisements
Your customers are invited to purchase an Instacart+ membership at different stages of their customer journey.
The following advertisements appear on your storefront:
Storefront login
A dialog appears after customers log in to your storefront.
Pages
A banner appears at the top of every page.
Account menu
A banner appears in the Account menu.
Cart
A banner appears when customers view their cart.
Checkout totals
A banner appears when customers view the total checkout amount.
Membership management
Your customers can manage their Instacart+ membership from the Instacart+ membership page.
On the Instacart+ membership page, customers can do the following:
- Sign up or manage their Instacart+ membership subscription.
- See their subscription status.
- Choose between a monthly or yearly subscription.
- Cancel their subscription.
- Modify payment information.
- Add promotional codes or gift cards.
