Cart

Customers build their cart by adding items while browsing and shopping on your storefront. Customers can open their cart by clicking the cart icon in the header.

Cart details​

Customers can view the following details in a cart:

  • Items with a thumbnail image, product name, quantity, and price for the quantity.
  • Promotions with conditions, links to eligible items, and applied discounts.
  • Suggested items, which are recommended because the items are commonly purchased with the items in the cart. For more information, see Recommendations.
  • Subtotal, which takes into account all applied discounts.

Cart actions​

Customers can perform the following actions from the cart:

  • Change item quantities.
  • Remove items.
  • Add instructions, such as selecting a replacement item or adding notes.
  • Add recommended items to the cart.
  • Go to checkout.
