Find and export tickets

You can find all tickets requested by your team members and use filters to find a subset of tickets. You can also export the list of tickets to a comma-separated values (CSV) file or Excel file.

  1. Log in to Enterprise Service Desk.

  2. Click the user profile.

  3. Select Advanced Requests Report.

    All tickets are displayed.

  4. Use the filters to find the tickets that match the selected filter attributes.

  5. (Optional) Click Export to export the list of tickets to a file.
