Communicate maintenance information

Communicate your maintenance-related information with the Instacart Enterprise Technical Support team so that they are aware of any possible disruptions.

1. Log in to Enterprise Service Desk.
2. Start a request and select Task.
3. Select the task type Maintenance Communication.
4. To report your maintenance-related information, provide the following details:
   1. Date
   2. Impact
   3. Expected action items
