Certified delivery flow

When orders contain high-value items, customers must sign for the order before they can take possession of the items. The certified delivery confirmation page enables your customers to confirm the high-value items and then sign for the order. For more information, see Certified Delivery.

Example​

  1. The shopper arrives at the customer location.

  2. The customer is prompted to confirm the item.

  3. The customer confirms the high-value item.

  4. The customer signs for the order.

    The image shows the sign for order screen.

  5. The shopper delivers the order to the customer.
