Before you request a Production API key to begin your launch, ensure you have completed the following activities. Requesting a Production API key triggers the Instacart approval process.

Verify that your implementation meets the following conditions:

  • 100% compliance with the Instacart Developer Platform terms and conditions.
  • All requests are formatted according to the Instacart Developer Platform API specification.
  • Error handling exists for all the implemented endpoints.
