Request types

Help us direct your support request to the right team of experts by telling us what type of support you need:

  • Bug. Report a suspected defect or bug within the Instacart Platform.
  • Task. Seek help with any type of task. For example, you can ask for help with tasks such as enabling new features, updating configurations, setting up store locations or custom reports, and adding users to Enterprise Service Desk.
  • Questions. When you can't find an answer to your question in the documentation or the knowledge base, ask the support team the question.
  • Feedback. Share feedback on Instacart Platform features or suggest a new feature.

Tell us about any ongoing maintenance on your end that may impact Instacart Platform. Submit a task request with the task type as Maintenance Communication. Our on-call technical experts will be alerted.
