Buy it again
The buy it again experience highlights a customer's previously purchased items, which makes reordering easy, improves customer retention, and increases cart sizes. The Buy it again collection is displayed on a dedicated page with a Buy it again link in the header. By default, the items are ranked based on a combination of how frequently and how recently the items were purchased.
For a single banner retailer structure, the buy it again experience shows customers their purchase history across all store locations, including online orders and in-store transactions (if enabled). For example, a customer who purchased items at your Brooklyn location sees those items in the Buy it again collection when shopping at your Manhattan location.
For a multi-banner retailer structure, however, the Buy it again collection shows customers their purchase history only for the store they're currently shopping in. You can turn on a unified buy it again experience for selected banners if the location-specific data is in the same isolation context.
