Certified delivery flow

When orders contain high-value items, customers must sign for the order before they can take possession of the items. The certified delivery confirmation page enables your customers to confirm the high-value items and then sign for the order.

Example journey

1. The shopper arrives at the customer location.

2. The customer is prompted to confirm the item.

3. The customer confirms the high-value item.

4. The customer signs for the order.

5. The shopper delivers the order to the customer.
