Loyalty discounts

You can reward your loyalty customers with savings through loyalty pricing and offers targeted to loyalty customers. You can also create and display loyalty-specific collections.

Loyalty pricing

You can display different prices to your loyalty customers. The prices are displayed in item tiles and product details pages using the loyalty styling you configured.

To set up loyalty pricing, use the catalog inventory file. For more information, see Loyalty requirements.

To configure the color and fonts for loyalty prices, use Instacart Platform Portal. For more information, see Configure brand colors.

Loyalty offers

You can configure special offers and discounts for your loyalty customers by selecting this audience as your target segment when you create an offer discount campaign.

Loyalty collection

You can create collections for loyalty customers. For example, you might want to highlight a list of selected products. Or you can create a dynamic collection that includes all products with loyalty pricing. You can display the loyalty collection in product carousels on your storefront.
