Delivery

Delivery is the fulfillment option that allows your customers to have their orders delivered to their location. Customers can place delivery orders if they live in an area that's serviced by Instacart.

Your storefront can support the following delivery options:

  • Standard delivery. The standard fulfillment model where Instacart shoppers pick and deliver orders.
  • Big and bulky delivery. A delivery option for oversized items that require special handling.
  • Certified delivery. A delivery option for items that require age verification or other certifications at the door.
  • Restricted items delivery. A delivery option for items that have regulatory restrictions, such as alcohol or tobacco.
