Business accounts

Business accounts enable customers to keep their personal and business orders separate. Customers can create a dedicated business account, or connect a new business account to an existing personal account. Customers with both types of accounts can switch between them without signing out.

Administrators can invite team members, organize them into groups, set spend limits, and configure order approvals. From the dashboard, administrators can track business spending, view order history, and export receipts and order data. Administrators can also create order guides (shared shopping lists with default quantities for streamlined buying). Business settings provide options for custom checkout fields, tax exemption management, and Instacart+ sharing.
