Offer discount campaigns
Create an offer with a user-defined coupon code. You can share the coupon code in another context, such as an email blast or a drive awareness campaign.
By default, these campaigns appear for all customers and apply to all regions. You can choose to target customers and regions to participate in the campaign. For example, you can target customers by email address, loyalty membership, having fewer than five purchases, or shopping at a specific store group.
If you share a coupon code in communications with your customers, make sure to include the terms and conditions of the offer.
During the scheduled period, customers can apply the coupon code during checkout.
