Instacart MCP Servers

Instacart offers a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants and other MCP-compatible applications to access Instacart shopping capabilities through a standardized tool interface. The server is designed to support common shopping workflows via natural language in MCP clients.

With this server, you can:

  • Check store availability. Determine which stores can fulfill orders in a specific location.
  • Find ingredients for a recipe. Look up items across a retailer's inventory to plan meals.
  • Assemble and modify orders. Add, swap, or remove products and track the current order state.
