Compliance API

The Compliance API helps you manage customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You can request the deletion of customer data and retrieve the status of deletion requests.

When you send a deletion request through the Compliance API, Instacart processes the request and removes the customer's personal data from our systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
