Use this section to troubleshoot issues with core product attributes such as brand name, product title, size, and description. Attribute display problems are often related to source prioritization, a pending CSP submission, or retailer-level overrides.

Why isn't my product content displaying as expected?
Your product content may not be displaying as expected for one of the following reasons:
- Your content was rejected for not meeting Instacart's content standards.
- Instacart source prioritization rules may be displaying content from a higher-priority source.
- The updates have not yet been published. Typically, content changes are visible 24–48 hours after submission.
- The retailer's configuration prioritizes the retailer's product content over content provided through a CSP or the product library.
Why does my content display correctly at some retailers but not others?
A small number of retailers prioritize their own product content over content sourced from a CSP or the product library. If your content isn't displaying as expected for a specific retailer, the discrepancy is likely related to the retailer's configuration. Contact the retailer directly to resolve any issues. If your content isn't displaying correctly for most or all retailers, it's more likely related to your CSP's submission or source prioritization settings.
Instacart is prohibited from sharing individual retailer configuration details with our advertising partners.
